Air Duct Cleaning Specials in Alpharetta, GA
When you call Morton’s Air Duct Alpharetta at (762) 263-0408, you’ll get a written price before any work starts, on every visit, no exceptions. Our offers change with the season because we know Alpharetta homes collect different debris at different times of year: spring pollen, summer construction dust, fall leaves tracked in, and winter heating-system buildup. That’s why we run honest, practical specials that match what your ducts actually need, not what sounds good in a mailer.
Current Offers
Free Air Duct Inspection with Any Cleaning
Before we touch a single vent, we walk the system with you and show you what’s actually inside: the return plenum, the supply runs, the filter housing. No charge for the inspection when you book a full air duct cleaning. That means you’ll see the Rotobrush or Nikro camera feed yourself and decide with your own eyes whether the work makes sense. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: 10% Off Whole-Home Air Duct Cleaning
If you’ve never had your ducts cleaned, or you inherited a system from a previous owner and don’t know its history, this is the offer for you. One flat discount on the entire system, not per vent, not per register. Your written price comes first, then the discount is applied, and the number you agree to is the number you pay. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.
Dryer Vent Cleaning: Free with Any Whole-Home Duct Package
Alpharetta laundry rooms push hot, humid air through a 4-inch pipe that almost nobody checks until it’s slow-drying or worse. When you book a full air duct cleaning, we’ll clean your dryer vent line at no additional cost. That includes pulling the dryer out, clearing the transition hose, and running the Guardsman or Abatement Technologies rotary brush through the entire run to the exterior termination. If we find a bird nest or a screen caked in lint, we’ll show you the photo before we leave. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.
Senior and Military Courtesy: $75 Off Whole-Home Air Duct Cleaning
A standing offer, not a seasonal gimmick. If you’re 65 or older, or active duty, reserve, or retired military, you qualify for $75 off your whole-home air duct cleaning. We built this into how we run the business because Paul Adeyemi has always believed that the people who built and defended Alpharetta shouldn’t have to negotiate for clean air in their own homes. Combine it with the free inspection and the free dryer vent cleaning for the fullest value. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.
Seasonal Allergy Tune-Up: Filter Replacement Included
Spring pollen in Alpharetta is relentless from late February through early May. When you book a full duct cleaning during allergy season, we’ll replace your standard 1-inch or 4-inch media filter at no added charge. If your system takes a Honeywell or Aprilaire media cabinet, we carry those sizes on the truck. A clean filter after a duct cleaning means the work we just did isn’t undone by a clogged, restrictive filter a week later. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.
Refer a Neighbor: $50 Credit Toward Your Next Service
If you live in Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, or Crabapple and you know someone whose ducts are overdue, send them our way. When they complete a full air duct cleaning, we’ll apply a $50 credit to your next service, any service, no expiration. No limit on how many neighbors you can refer. It’s our way of saying thank you for letting your name be attached to our work. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 263-0408.

How to Redeem
First, call (762) 263-0408 and tell the live person who answers which offer you’re interested in. You’ll never reach a voicemail or a chatbot. Second, we’ll book a time that works for your household, including nap schedules for kids and quiet hours for pets. Third, when the crew arrives, mention the offer again to the technician. Your written price will show the discount clearly, and you’ll sign off on that number before any work begins.
Why These Specials Aren’t Bait-and-Switch
We’ve all seen the $49 whole-house duct cleaning coupon that turns into $900 once the crew actually looks under the house. That’s not how Morton’s Air Duct Alpharetta works. Founded in 2005, we’ve built our reputation in Alpharetta on one simple rule: the written price you approve before work starts is the exact price you pay when the job is done. Our offers are discounts on that written price, not a door-opener for an inflated invoice.
Every job includes the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which for us isn’t a slogan. If the work isn’t right, we make it right. Full stop. That promise is stamped on every job, not just offered when someone complains. And every crew, whether it’s a two-tech team or a full home job, works to the Cedarwell Care Promise: shoe covers before stepping inside, drop cloths under every workspace, floors protected from the moment we walk in. You also get a photo of the clean-up before we leave, so you have visual proof your home was left better than we found it.
Our techs run equipment from Rotobrush, Nikro, Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman today, but the thing that matters more is how they treat your home. Background-checked, uniformed, and trained to work the Cedarwell C.A.R.E. values: clean floors, protected furniture, quiet tools during nap hours, pet-safe product choices where available. If you have a baby sleeping at 2 p.m., we’ll plan the noisy work for another time. If you have a dog who loses his mind at the sight of a ladder, we’ll stage equipment in the garage where he can’t see it.
What Does Air Duct Cleaning Actually Cost in Alpharetta?
We’ll be straight with you, because you’re going to call around anyway. Whole-home air duct cleaning in Alpharetta typically runs between $400 and $900 depending on square footage, number of systems, accessibility of the ductwork, and how long it’s been since the last cleaning. A single condo or townhome system with one unit and straightforward access lands on the lower end. A 4,000-square-foot home in Windward or a two-story in Crabapple with two HVAC systems and a crawl space will land higher. Before you book, you’ll have a written price that reflects your actual home, not a range. No surprises on the invoice, ever.

AfterWhy Are Some Quotes So Much Cheaper?
Simple answer: they’re not cleaning your whole system. A $79 or $99 duct cleaning special is almost always a per-vent teaser price, or it covers only the first 10 vents, or it’s a visual inspection dressed up as a cleaning. By the time the technician leaves, the invoice is three or four times the advertised number. We don’t do per-vent pricing. We quote one flat price per system, written down, with the scope of work spelled out in plain English. If a competitor’s quote looks too good to be true for your full system, it is.
How Do I Know the Work Was Actually Done?
You’ll see it. Before we clean, we put a camera into your ductwork and show you the before. After we clean, we show you the after. Same camera, same view, same run. If you’re not available to watch the work live, we’ll send you the photos. And if you’re still not satisfied within 365 days, the Done Right Promise means we come back. No argument, no re-inspection fee, no fine print. That’s the promise.
How Often Does It Really Need Doing?
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association recommends every 3 to 5 years for most households. But Alpharetta isn’t most households. If you have pets that shed, kids who track in red Georgia clay, a home near Highway 400 or the Greenway with construction dust, or anyone in the house with asthma or allergies, you may want it every 2 to 3 years. If you just moved into a home and don’t know when the ducts were last cleaned, the free inspection is the fastest way to find out. Call (762) 263-0408 and we’ll take a look.
Book Your Alpharetta Duct Cleaning Today
Call (762) 263-0408 and ask about the current specials. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, every day. You’ll get straight answers, a written price, and a time that works for your family, including nap schedules and pet routines. If you have an older home in Downtown Alpharetta, a new build near Avalon, or a townhome off Windward Parkway, we know those systems. We’ve seen them all since 2005.
