Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Alpharetta, GA
Photos don’t just show a clean duct, they show what was living in it before. These before-and-after shots from actual Morton’s jobs around Alpharetta, Milton, and Roswell give you a straight look at what we find and what we leave behind. No stock photos. No filters. Just the inside of ductwork, documented with a Rotobrush camera before the first tool goes in and after the last one comes out. Paul insists on it, because you deserve to see what you paid for.

Two-Story Home Near Wills Park – Full System Air Duct Cleaning

The homeowners had lived in the house for nine years and couldn’t remember the ducts ever being touched. The return side had a gray film built up along the entire bottom edge, the kind we see all over Alpharetta when homes run the A/C hard from May through September. We ran a full negative-air cleaning with our Rotobrush system, scrubbed every supply and return trunk, and ended with a photo of each main run showing bare sheet metal again. The dust stopped settling on the mantle the same week.
Dryer Vent Full Clog – Townhome off Kimball Bridge Road

This vent ran up through the roof, a longer run than most people realize, and the lint had compacted into a solid plug about two feet from the termination hood. Clothes were taking three cycles to dry. We cleared the full run with our Nikro rod system, vacuumed from the interior, and left the vent with a clean pass-through you could feel from the roof cap. The dryer finished a normal load in 42 minutes after we left.
Pet Hair and Dander Removal – Single Story Near Newtown Park

Two golden retrievers and a house that runs the fan on “on” instead of “auto” adds up fast. The return plenum looked like the inside of a vacuum bag, hair wrapped around every turning vane. We brushed and vacuumed the entire return side, then cleaned the supply runs with the Abatement Technologies HEPA vacuum running the whole time so nothing resettled. The homeowner called a week later and said she could run her hand across the TV stand without it coming up furry.
Post-Renovation Duct Cleaning – Craftsman off Rucker Road

Drywall dust from a kitchen gut job had been pulled through the returns for three weeks while the crew ran the fan during the day. Every supply vent in the house had a white bloom around it. We sealed off each vent opening, scrubbed the trunks and branch runs, and replaced the filter before doing a final camera pass. The white film on the vent covers didn’t come back.
Cigarette Smoke Residue – Upstairs Unit off Windward Parkway

The new homeowners loved the house but not the smell that came through the vents every time the heat kicked on. The duct walls had a brownish tacky layer, typical of years of interior smoking. We scrubbed every reachable surface, wiped down the vent covers, and ran the Guardsman air scrubber during the cleaning to catch particles as they loosened. The odor dropped sharply within a day, and two weeks later the house smelled neutral even with the heat running.
Crawl Space Return Repair + Duct Cleaning – Ranch Near Cogburn Road

During the initial camera inspection we found a return flex that had pulled away from the collar, so the system was pulling unfiltered crawl space air. We reconnected it, sealed the collar, and then cleaned the full return and supply sides. The house had a musty note to it that disappeared once the system stopped drawing from the crawl space.
